Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Alliances
Wendy plays a crucial role in shaping TruTechnologies' strategic direction. She is responsible for identifying and executing growth opportunities, evaluating potential deals, conducting due diligence, and negotiating terms to align with the TruTechnologies' long-term objectives.
Prior to TruTechnologies, Wendy co-founded and ran sales and marketing at Gather Digital, a leading provider of event app software. After selling the company, she became vice president of business development and corporate sales at the acquirer Certain, Inc.
In addition to her entrepreneurial and operating background, Wendy also brings more than 13 years of venture capital experience funding innovative software companies. She is a graduate of Harvard Business School and Dartmouth College. Wendy believes there is nothing cooler in this world than working with colleagues and partners to take initiative to create something hugely valuable.
