Chief Compliance Officer
Nicole Wolfgang has 20 years of experience in accounting, finance, management, and compliance in startups and growth-stage businesses.
Before joining TruTechnologies, Nicole led the finance/accounting team at BlueAlly Technology Solutions, an IT infrastructure and technology managed services company. Prior to that, she was an employee at Sageworks from 2004 through its acquisition in 2018, where she served as vice president of finance and corporate secretary and led due diligence efforts related to its acquisition.
Nicole earned her B.S. with a double major in economics and magazine journalism from Syracuse University. She also holds an M.A. in economics from Duke University and a M.Acc. from Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
