TruLab hires Nicole Wolfgang as Chief Compliance Officer

Nicole Wolfgang is joining the TruLab, Inc. (“TruLab”) team as the Chief Compliance Officer. Nicole was previously a Controller at BlueAlly Technology Solutions and brings 15+ years of compliance and finance experience to TruLab starting on August 2, 2021.

She is a wonderful addition to the team.”

While at BlueAlly Technology Solutions, Wolfgang was responsible for managing the accounting/finance team on a day-to-day basis, preparing financial reports and data for internal and external parties implementing new accounting standards, maintaining accounting systems, and overseeing the process of merging financial elements of an acquired entity into BTS’s financial systems and processes.

Wolfgang received a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Syracuse University in 2001 and then continued her education immediately to receive a Masters in Economics from Duke University in 2003. Then, in 2018, Wolfgang went back to school and earned a Masters of Accounting from the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School with a concentration in tax accounting.

As the Chief Compliance Officer, Wolfgang will be in charge of preparing all financial reports and documentation for both internal and external parties. She will manage the payroll system and complete anything and everything related to the intricacies of tax season, potential acquisitions, and other financial complexities.
