TruLab, Inc. (“TruLab”) is pleased to announce the appointment of David Chung as Chief Operating Officer. Chung was previously the Director of Business Development at Andromeda Simulations International and brings 15+ years of sales/business development experience to TruLab starting on March 15, 2020.

“David Chung brings great expertise to TruLab as we prepare to bring our product to market,” stated Scott Ogle, Chief Executive Officer of TruLab. “Having had the opportunity to work directly with David at Sageworks in the early 2000s and then being able to watch him continue to find success in many different business development roles, I know personally that he is the best-of-the-best. He will be a great addition to the early team here at TruLab and will guide us towards tremendous success.”

While at Andromeda Solutions International, Chung delivered executive-level seminars on six continents and helped tens of thousands of employees at all levels to build business acumen. He also developed and implemented sales campaigns that secured over 60 sales meetings in the first 3 months, which generated new clients among Fortune companies such as CBS, Citrix and Umicore, as well as identified and researched new markets, verticals and customer segments to develop go-to-market plans, messaging and product positioning.

Chung received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 2001 from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is a certified trainer in Achieve Global Asia, a leadership development, sales effectiveness, and customer service organization as well as a certified trainer in Equip Leadership. Chung also helped successfully plant a church in Vancouver, Canada in the early mid-2000s.

As Chief Operating Officer, Chung will oversee business development, product refinement, customer relationship management, as well as customer onboarding. Chung will be the primary caretaker of customer accounts and responsible for the quality of product performance on-site.
