Position Overview:
We are seeking a full-time Customer Success Project Manager based in Copenhagen to report to TruLab’s Executive Director, Head of Europe.
As a Customer Success Project Manager, you will serve as the primary liaison between our biotech/pharma clients and end-users at clinical testing sites and laboratories globally. Responsibilities include establishing and nurturing relationships, as well as overseeing various tasks and milestones across multiple concurrent studies in Europe. This role entails orchestrating day-to-day operations and facilitating seamless interactions among internal and external stakeholders to drive successful execution of each project lifecycle.
