Compliance – Operations Analyst

Position Overview:

The Operations Analyst is a full-time role located in RTP, NC. This individual will be a driving force in helping us grow our company and ensure success with our biotech and pharma clients. Responsibilities will be very broad and dynamic, including managing systems and processes to help ensure the highest level of quality in our mobile and web applications, and also in internal systems spanning across the legal, finance, and quality departments. This individual will work closely with the TruLab Quality and Executive teams. Primary responsibilities will be varied but will include managing quality, financial, and/or legal systems, issues, and projects.

What You’ll Do:

  • Review billing documents, prepare invoices, manage basic financial activities
  • Update TruLab’s internal policies and SOPs on a regular basis, and create new policies and SOPs as required
  • Administer IT security and data protection training for internal staff, archive documents as needed, and recommend additional training to keep staff informed on relevant topics
  • Review and redline basic legal documents, such as NDAs, MSAs and Work Orders
  • Work with clients and prospective clients on their vendor quality assessments and audits of TruLab
  • Execute test plans and QC tests across multiple environments and deployments
  • Maintain quality and QA documents including documentation for client deployments and product releases

  • Bachelor’s degree – no particular major is required – GPA 3.7+
