Dr. Nancy Valente is currently the executive vice president and chief development officer at Xencor.
Dr. Valente received her M.D. from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Medicine and completed fellowships in hematology at Stanford University and oncology at the University of California, San Francisco.
Dr. Valente has over 20 years of experience in drug development and has a strong track record in development and approval of transformative therapies that impact patients directly.
